What's actually included in the apartment?
A full kitchen, air conditioning, a smart TV, free wifi and DSTV, a washing machine, 24/7 security, backup power and water, and free on-site parking, in every apartment.
What's the rate?
Apartment 1 is ZMW 2,100 per night. Monthly and extended-stay rates are discussed based on dates and availability. Apartments 2 to 6 are live, with their rate confirmed before you book.
How does booking direct actually work?
Choose your apartment and dates in the availability form. It checks the same booking calendar used by the owner and staff, then sends your available option to the team for confirmation on WhatsApp or email, with no OTA commission added to the price.
What happens during load-shedding?
Every apartment has backup power and water, so outages shouldn't interrupt your stay. Ask us on WhatsApp if you'd like specifics before you book.
